Grown by Monica Ceron, these beans were picked and hand sorted by her, then placed in water tanks for 45 hours to ferment. While taking care of her farm, Monica is also a school teacher and a mom of 2 sons. She must've got magic as the first sip hits you with a nutty, creamy chocolate that coats your whole mouth 🍫like you never expected before, and then followed with light sweetness apple 🍎 and juicy orange 🍊. Sorted is honoured to support Monica's farm as she is among the many incredible moms around the world who is working hard everyday to support their family. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
