"We found the Barrington driving around after a terrible hotel experience. Jacqui & Baz welcomed us with a smile, showed us the lovely clean, well presented, tidy rooms. We had a beer with them also which helped us calm down, lovely conversation. So grateful we stayed here and they even helped us with a second nights accommodation across the road as they couldn't take us for a second night. Wonderful hospitable Kiwi motel owners! Everything we needed. Thank you"

Spotless, comfortable little gem close to town center in Taupo
A group of 12 of us stayed here at the weekend. We were in town for a wedding. What a spotless, comfortable place this is. I would highly recommend staying, especially if there is a group of you. Plenty of privacy and off street parking. Nice comfortable beds - it was like being at home with the beautiful garden area at the back where we had pre wedding drinks. Great hosts who respected our privacy. Thank you Jackie and Barry
