Big changes for this Kapiti Coast home.
We completed two new extensions, installed a brand new roof and new windows, and delivered a full kitchen upgrade featuring a custom macrocarpa benchtop made specifically for the space.

A bright coastal update for this home — more natural light from the skylights, warmer and quieter with new insulation and double glazing, and a simple white kitchen and laundry to tie it all together with brushed brass finishing throughout.

Another renovation wrapped up, and this one has really reshaped the home.

We opened up the layout by removing internal walls, creating an open-plan flow through the main living areas. A brand-new kitchen and laundry were installed, along with new aluminium joinery. Inside, we also completed full insulation and relining to bring the home up to a higher standard of comfort.

Outside, a Kwila deck was added to extend the living space and create a smooth indoor–outdoor connection.

A clean, practical upgrade that’s completely changed how the home feels and functions.

Classic Aro Valley charm — with a fresh new feel

This villa had all the character we love — high ceilings, sash windows, and those timeless little details. Our goal was to keep that classic charm alive while bringing the home into the 21st century.

We restored the original features and added some modern touches — bright coloured rooms, open spaces, a new kitchen & bathrooms, and better flow for everyday living.

Aro Valley at its best — full of history and now, a little modern comfort too.

We’re now officially a Registered NZ Certified Builder (NZCB) — on top of always being a registered Licensed Building Practitioner (LBP).
