Kelsey has been working in the property management industry for 9 years, with almost 7 of those years spent with The Rent Shop. With plenty of experience under her belt, Kelsey is passionate about looking after her landlords, tenants and properties to a high standard.

Olivia is the newest member of the team and is relatively new to the property management industry, having joined The Rent Shop in December 2025. Since then, she has been learning the ropes and getting stuck into everything from inspections and viewings to applications, maintenance and helping our tenants and landlords.
