Fair enough. Nobody wants a robot doing their job.
But here's the thing for a PMU artist working solo: you don't have a job to lose to AI. You have bookings you're losing — every time a new client DMs at 7pm, you're mid-treatment, and by the time you surface she's already booked with someone who answered.
That's not AI taking your work. That's the work you never got.

Voicemail is basically “good luck out there.”
A missed call isn’t neutral. It’s a little rejection.
Not dramatic — just real.
Someone rings, doesn’t get an answer, and their brain does the fastest maths imaginable:
“Okay… if they can’t answer now, will they be a pain later?”
Then they move on.

Because customers don’t always pick the friendliest business.
They pick the one that feels like it won’t turn into a project.
Reliability is:
“Yep, we got your message.”
Fast.
“Here’s what happens next.”
Clear.
“No, you don’t need to chase us.”
Consistent.
That’s not boring.
That’s professional.
And it’s weird how many businesses still treat it like a bonus feature.

Your customers aren’t impatient. Your process is annoying.
People don’t want a relationship with your business. They want a result, with the least amount of friction, while standing in Pak’n Save.
