Should be a fun day if the sun comes out.
The next event at Whakapapa is the Bikini Downhill which is this Saturday.. It is $5 per run with 100% of all proceeds going to the Breast Cancer Foundation. Goes from Knoll Ridge Cafe and will start as soon as the sun comes out - Come on up, have some fun in the sun at Whakapapa. Don’t forget to get those boards and legs waxed and ready to go!!

Looking like a great day at Whakapapa tomorrow. The Ngauruhoe Cup is on. The snow will be hard packed powder and the slope in the Valley is the best in years. Perfect racing.... will you be sliding tomorrow??
Awesome 3 days up at Mt Ruapehu. Over 600 kids were racing around Whakapapa for the North Islands Primary School Camps. I hope everyone had a great time and congrats to the winners. Prizegiving is at National Park School Hall at 2.30pm tomorrow (friday)

The next event at Whakapapa is The Primary and Intermediate School Champs, training day is Monday and Racing will start on Tuesday. Come up and support some of NZ’s young rippers next week
