FCD delivered another outstanding project for Maycroft Construction at the School of Nursing, Midwifery & Health Practice, Level 2 Easterfield Building, Kelvin Campus, Victoria University of Wellington.

This project included demolition works, seismic strengthening, and a full interior refurbishment. Our team carried out a complete fit-out, showcasing a range of skills including quality painting, plastering, and a beautiful textured finish using Resene My Artisan Effect.

The end result is a vibrant, bright, and welcoming space that students will enjoy for years to come. Colourful, modern, and full of life.

Block H at Paraparaumu College is now fully complete, with both interior and exterior painting finished and ready for students to enjoy.

FCD teamed up with Focus Projects Ltd on the stunning Southern Cross Hospital development, delivering top-tier interior finishes.

We handled:
• Interior painting & wallpapering
• A feature negative detailing to the ceiling
• Resene FX textured paint effects in the reception and waiting areas

The result? A clean, sharp, and welcoming space with beautiful tactile depth and sophistication.

Thrilled to share our latest completed project!

We partnered with Peryer Construction on the stunning redevelopment of the Cafe and Main Entrance at Staglands Wildlife Reserve – a truly nature-inspired transformation.

Our team delivered a full interior refresh: expert painting, staining, white-washing, and plastering, plus beautiful exterior wood-staining that blends perfectly with the surrounding bush.

The end result? A fresh, warm, and inviting space that's already delighting visitors and making our client very happy!
