Gisborne Dog Training Club
Our goal is to teach you how to train your dog so that you can enjoy a happy relationship with your dog.

Hi everyone
Our show is this weekend here is helpful tips navigating our show and grounds currently.
Please drive down the driveway and come through the gate, it is a open and close situation as that's the health and safety rules now.
Please don't run dogs round the oval or horse stables as there will be horses coming and going as there is a horse event in the arena.
Camping our showers atm are currently cold at the equestrian centre but you guys are more then welcome to walk or drive over and use the event centre camp grounds showers (the gas/plumbing guy is trying his best to sort it and get parts)
Thanks everyone for understanding these things
See you all tomorrow and good luck, we all know we need some 😉

Hi Basic Obedience Attendees
Please come down the driveway and park in the carpark tonight for classes,
Please remember for safety the middle gate needs to be shut after you 😊

The good dog basics class participated in their walk.
Twice a term, we facilitate group walks in open environments, where numerous dogs demonstrated significant improvement and handlers developed increased trust.
Focusing on real-world scenarios, this activity is beneficial for all teams, and you should feel proud.

Training will still be on tonight.
We have been lucky enough to be able to hire the riding for disabled arena for tonight's classes. Parking will be around the arena. The gate on the driveway will need to be kept closed so people will need to open and close as required.

My dog is on a diet - I can see him thinking this!

Big congratulations to Evelyn and Haze on the weekend.
Haze found all eight buried hides and took two judges awards. He was the only intermediate dog to get 100%.
