• Supervise and support staff during service hours.
• Ensure smooth daily operations, maintaining Lone Star's high standards of food, service, and ambiance.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and create memorable guest experiences.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and manage cash handling.
• Uphold health, safety, and compliance standards.

What We’re Looking For:
• A confident, hands-on leader with excellent communication skills.
• Experience in hospitality or a similar role is preferred.
• A current LCQ and Duty Manager’s Certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• A positive attitude, team spirit, and passion for great food and service.
