How amazing does it look 😍😍😍
Christchurch Town Hall is about to reopen. We took renowned original architect, Miles Warren (now aged 90), through for a sneak peek. His reaction was priceless.
Signing up to a Commercial Lease?! Get the advice BEFORE you sign!!! Lots of people are using template agreements to save on costs only having to resolve disputes with the landlord after it’s signed! There is no substitute for good advice✌🏼 NM
Shareholders Agreement⭐️ Did you know if a shareholder dies it is likely their shares are left to their spouse (under the Will) meaning your next business partner could be that spouse. A Shareholders Agreement would ensure the shares of the deceased are transferred to the remaining shareholder(s) to ensure it can be “business as usual” 💁🏽♀️NM
Happy Monday everyone ✨ According to statistics around 1500 people die in NZ every year without a Will. You need to ensure you have your ducks in a row (no matter your age) so there is no additional stress on your loved ones. Happy to chat further on this ⭐️ NM
Thinking of buying a residential property? 🏠Whether you are buying your first or fifth property, I am here to make it happen.. and easy 💫 Don’t forget ➡️FIRST HOME BUYERS can use their Kiwisaver and the HomeStart Grant (subject to eligibility) towards the purchase price 💰 ✌🏼NM
Contracting Out Agreements or “Pre Nups” - After 3 years with your significant other, your property is deemed relationship property meaning if you separate it is divided 50/50. A CA allows couples to determine their own rules around ownership and division of property should a breakup occur. It is worth considering if you are wanting to protect your significant assets e.g your contribution towards a house deposit. An awkward conversation to have but what’s wrong in protecting what you have worked so hard for. Make your own rules ✌🏼 NM
Thinking of selling or buying a business? I can assist you with advising the best structure for your sale or acquisition, ensure you conduct proper due diligence investigations, put in place a Shareholders Agreement and a Buy Sell Agreement if needed, assist with any employment issues and with any financial accomodation you need. You know what to do ⭐️ NM

Do you have a Will? Some people answer with "I don't need a Will because I have no property". Everyone should have a Will in place regardless of what assets you own. Dying without a Will leaves your loved ones with a difficult job of sorting out your affairs and the law governs how your estate is to be administered which is very costly! Feel free to get in touch!
