SINE Community Workshop
We had the pleasure to cover the SINE community workshop at the Eastern Institute of Technology in Hawke’s Bay a couple of weeks ago. The 2 days event was for the students a great opportunity to attend an academic lesson about electronic music and its evolution in history combined with an interactive experience to engage individuals and get them to interact with all types of sound design tools and synthesizers.
We would like to say thanks, to all of the Eastern Institute of Technology’s staff, Synthesizer NZ and SINE Community of Synthesizers for having us!
Enjoy, like and share ☺️

Creating Content
A short and snappy one minute recap of our SuperBooth visit in 2022. The music in this video was recorded at the Polyend stand straight out of the new Polyend Play. We can see some great shots of the new Erica Synths Perkons at work and SYNTRX II putting out some voltage by routing it with the built-in matrix mixer to the gauge.
We were lucky enough to visit SuperBooth in Berlin for 3 days and want to thank all manufacturers who have been so hospitable to entertain us during the week.
Close to the end of the video there is a part of the live performance of Bonding, by Julia Bondar at SuperBooth on day 2.
Three days of modular synthesizers, a lot of bleeps and bloops and some great company. We hope you enjoy the video as much as we do.

We are extremely excited to present the trailer for our upcoming animation series - ‘Ako For Niños’ Season 1!
Ako For Niños (‘education for children’) aims to help integrate Tauiwi (refugee and migrant) communities settled in Aotearoa New Zealand through the introduction of some key principles of Tikanga Māori (Māori principles and values), community participation, and audiovisual storytelling. Tauiwi were given a list of definitions of Tikanga on social media, and prompted to write a children’s tale based on one of these values in their native language. Three winning stories were selected, then adapted into evocative and entertaining animations to convey the Tikanga in engaging and accessible ways for young audiences and their families.
This kaupapa has been the work of a large team of passionate volunteers and community members, who have dedicated their time, energy and Aroha to put these beautiful animations together! We would like to thank all of the talented people who contributed to this kaupapa
What you see below is the stop motion introduction that will be opening each episode of the series. This beautiful handmade sequence was created at Monster Valley on Karangahape Road.
We hope you enjoy this clip. More content and info coming soon!
