This exciting new project on Oxley Crescent offers a thoughtfully designed two-level home that perfectly adapts to the natural contours of the site. The home features three bedrooms, a spacious living and dining area, a playroom, and a garage, making it ideal for a growing family. SUBSTANTIAL REDEVELOPMENT

A recent project involved a significant renovation, elevating an existing single-level dwelling to new heights with added upper-level and basement development, the residence now boasts breath taking coastal views and executive level amenities.

We’ve modernized the exterior with extensive glazed joinery and decking, maximizing the panoramic vistas. Inside, we’ve reimagined the living spaces, creating volume and connectivity with abundant natural light. Additionally, a separate second living unit provides flexible family or guest accommodation.

To complement the stunning surroundings, we’ve integrated terraced living and facility zones into the existing landscape, ensuring seamless indoor-outdoor living.
