Remember that time Obama was in NZ and I was the official photographer? Well I was.

Couple days ago they reached out asking if I still have some of the photos with him and Jancida together and now they are all on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram

Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern has guided New Zealand through crises and seized opportunities by leading with foresight, integrity and empathy. Her country is better off because of her remarkable leadership—and the rest of us are too.

Как быстро летит время! Оливия сегодня пошла в первый класс. Моей главной мечтой последних нескольких лет было отвести ее за руку в школу, прилететь только ради этого за 16 тысяч км. Но ковид и закрытые границы порушили эти планы. Ничего, пусть не на первое сентября, но я ещё отведу ее в школу. С первым сентября ;)

Few people knew already, but it took me awhile to get over the fact and not brag about it straightaway, plus I took the signing of NDA very seriously, even thou technically it expired the day after the shoot. But now I feel I can finally talk about it, plus I'm getting pressured like 'why the hell you dont post these?!'

During Barack Obama's visit to NZ in 2018 I was lucky to be an official photographer for Obama Foundation. I got to be one of 2 photographers who were allowed to actually move around during the first day, his arrival and meeting with Prime Minister, and the only photographer during the second day.

I got to tell the former president of U.S. how to pose and where to look and scored a handshake and 'thanks for your work' just before his departure.
