How are we all doing? Many of you will know that it’s NZ Mental Health Awareness Week this week - have you been following the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand's updates on their photo challenges and resources online? YAY!!! LEVEL 3! Aucklanders
Auckland is now officially move to Level 3. Unfortunately, AYP still can't hold a monthly Social Drink until level 1.

And....don't forget to share with us your Level 3 Menu!

Hello everyone. How is your lockdown going?
We – Aucklanders still in level 4 lockdown are, not unexpectedly, struggling. Amid the bored and stress of staying home in limited bubble, we do have more time. While we usually find ourselves saying ‘we don’t have enough time’, now is an incredible opportunity for you to ‘turn some meh time into me time’.
'Me time' is time that's just for you, focusing on yourself and doing something you want to. It doesn't really matter what that is.
Head to https://mentalhealth.org.nz/me-time for ideas on how to spend your me time.
Whatever your 'me time' is, we want to hear!

17/08/2021

In case anyone missed the announcement, the entire country is back in lockdown from 11.59 pm on 17th August 2021. Three days nationwide, Seven days Auckland and Coromandel.
Rather than discussion, we recommend you get official information here: https://covid19.govt.nz/
Unfortunately, this means we have cancelled the Social Drink for this Thursday (19th August).
Whilst we are disappointed that this event can not go ahead as planned, our first priority is, as always, to keep you and the public safe. Once we have more information over the coming days and weeks, we will start planning afresh and arrange the next social drink for a time when we are able to come together in-person.
Thank you everyone and please stay safe.
