Our client is looking for a Product Delivery Manager with a twist – that’s right they are looking for a special someone who is not afraid to work at a strategic level but also sink their teeth into the ex*****on in order to achieve organisational goals. Additionally, the position will have responsibility for overseeing the efficient day to day running of the office as a whole, and supervising software testing, release management and customer support. This makes the role super busy so you’ll need to be a whizz at handling a number of balls in the air at any one time.
Reporting to the CEO you will also have responsibility for:
Overseeing all aspects of company Projects, ensure that software developed meets market requirements
Effectively lead and manage a team of Quality Assurance Engineers and Software developers to achieve deliverables on time
Understanding and identifying market trends to ensure that the product remains competitive
Everything that comes with people management, including fostering a workplace culture that is geared towards our missions and values and executing people processes
Working as part of the senior leadership team and providing support to the CEO and CPO
The ideal candidate will have a blend of the below skills;
Proven project management experience
Extensive knowledge of Agile work practices so that you can contribute and make recommendations to improvements on best agile practices.
Experience using Jira and Confluence
Scrum Master experience
Experience in a Business Analyst position with a focus on defining user requirements and experiences, ideally within a software development environment
Exposure to testing and release management and providing customer support
Have led a team or have had some exposure to People management
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
'Uber organizational skills' – not only with your own time but with other team members and business stakeholders

Well done New Zealand Police for taking on this initiative. We have certainly seen an increase in Chinese business owners/franchisees in the last 12 months and as a result we have picked up a few words as well -
