Last night’s HYBRID @6:45pm - was all about breaking down the upper body! 💪
We started with dumbbells to target🎯the larger muscles, then moved to resistance bands to isolate the smaller 😮💨ones.
With 4️⃣0️⃣seconds on, 2️⃣0️⃣seconds off, and 3️⃣sets per movement, we pushed through those muscle fibers 🧬to ensure growth during resting periods. 🔝
