Exciting Dance Fitness classes with Claudio coming in term one 2024. Thursday 6.30-7.30pm , everyone welcome, all ages, all fitness levels, no experience necessary. Come and dance yourself fitter. Fun, lively class, bring your friends and make new ones too. Concession cards are available for this class.

The new Silver Fox 5-6yrs class will start on Tuesday, the 13th of June at 3.45-4.30pm. This is in addition to the Saturday class as we have been asked to add a mid week class. Hope to see you all at Fox for this great class.
