Touch New Zealand (TNZ) in conjunction with the five Premier Touch League Franchisees are pleased to announce the confirmed dates for the 2021 Premier Touch League. The dates are now 31st March 1st, 2nd & 3rd of April 2022, in Taupo. 🙏🏽🤩

Touch New Zealand in conjunction with the five Franchise holders have made the difficult decision to postpone the 2021 Premier Touch League until early 2022 due to alert level changes throughout the country and there being no clear indication of when a safe return to play will be possible.

This definitive decision will allow our players, Coaches and Managers some certainty and direction moving forward and discussions will now be held to establish the best window within the 2022 calendar.

We appreciate the mahi and support of every one to date, and look forward to providing an opportunity to recommence the league very soon! Stay tuned for updates on the new dates.

THANK YOU Sport New Zealand for your generous support of the 2020

Sport New Zealand provided a funding grant post lockdown which made it possible for the league to run in Auckland and allowed our Te Waipounamu Men's and Women's teams to attend through travel support ✈️

The league provided a platform for our top 100 Men’s and Women’s elite players along with coaching and management staff to display their talents throughout an intense and high calibre league showcasing the sport of Touch and providing invaluable talent ID and pathways and performance outcomes.

Without the support of Sport NZ this would not have been possible this season 🙏
