The 7th Annual Pinoy NZ Rockfest in Auckland was a huge success, and we’re incredibly proud that this is the second year Kain Sining has had the honor of co-hosting and organizing this event.

This year, we were once again graced by the energetic and passionate performance of istorya, who continue to captivate the crowd with their raw charisma and musical talent. They’re one of the few bands in our scene focused on creating their own original music, a true testament to the power of artistic expression. It’s inspiring to see a band so dedicated to forging their own path in the music world, and we hope their example sparks a wave of creativity, encouraging more artists and musicians to take that bold step toward original compositions.

Gathering talented independent musicians in New Zealand to share and showcase their skills on stage, MERE - METAL NZ Feat. YOKIV Viel Victor performs their original song titled Deliverance on the second event of Kain Sining this year.

Mere is one of the pinoy bands that brings life to the Filipino music scene in New Zealand. The community is excited to see more of their shows and can't wait to hear more of their original songs. Deliverance is part of the EP they are making and is sure to make your head bang as they sing the hook "Ako'y sinilang sa Pilipinas, 'di lang kung saan-saan" - You'd definitely want to sing the hook with them when you come to their next gig, makes you still a proud pinoy by pursuing greatness despite the shrouding negativity and corruption that rots within the culture.
