Usually I'm a sucker for an ๐ณ breakfast buuut this was so yum!
50g nut and seed muesli (avoid any with lots of dried fruit due to higher sugar content)
2 tbsp @meadowfreshforcafes kalo Greek yoghurt
Splash of unsweetened almond milk
Topped with a small banana
High in protein, fiber and essential minerals

Citrus salad with crumbed tarakihi
๐ Fish coating๐
Wholegrain bread crumbs
Ginger
Paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Coat fish in egg then cover in breadcrumb mixture
Pan fry until cooked ( 5-7 min on each side)

Mesclun salad
Orange
Beetroot
Toss through some pumpkin seeds, walnut pieces and feta
Drizzle through some balsamic vinegar
