15 med ball slams
15 crunches
15 KB swings
20 elevated jump lunges
15 burpee to jump
400m run (not shown)

All the above makes for one round. 1-2 min rest between each round. Aim for 4 rounds all up ๐Ÿ’ช

And green summer salad made with cucumber, celery, tomatoes tossed with chopped parsley.

Usually I'm a sucker for an ๐Ÿณ breakfast buuut this was so yum!

50g nut and seed muesli (avoid any with lots of dried fruit due to higher sugar content)

2 tbsp @meadowfreshforcafes kalo Greek yoghurt

Splash of unsweetened almond milk

Topped with a small banana

High in protein, fiber and essential minerals

Mid week recipe ๐Ÿฝ
Citrus salad with crumbed tarakihi

๐Ÿ Fish coating๐Ÿ 
Wholegrain bread crumbs
Salt and pepper to taste

Coat fish in egg then cover in breadcrumb mixture
Pan fry until cooked ( 5-7 min on each side)

๐Ÿฅ—Salad mixture๐Ÿฅ—
Mesclun salad
Toss through some pumpkin seeds, walnut pieces and feta
Drizzle through some balsamic vinegar
