Today, as an aspiring pro bikini athlete over 40, I'm all for flexing those gratitude muscles.

It's not just about building physical strength – it's about sculpting an attitude of thankfulness that can turn any ordinary day into gold.

As a mother of a 5 year old toddler and 4 month old baby, I understand how hard it is to juggle family and a career. We tend to forget to take care of ourselves as everything else is generally more important.

This is the key though. "Taking care of yourself is important too"
