Yeah - Week 8! The Home Stretch! Easter Monday brings with us our global Mini Challenge of Max Power Output on the ski erg. Keeping the damper between 6 & 7, we're looking for your max cals per hour over your best set. Scans start at the end of this week too. Think about booking in on Saturday, or find time on Monday/Tuesday (Wednesday at the latest) of the week following. Show and Tell! What was the most challenging class or challenge highlight? Week 7 - Coach Jakey runs us through what's happening this week.. The focus now shifts to your sleep routine. Look out for the template in your emails and on socials with your sleep focus information. Just pick 3 items from the template at the beginning of the week that you want to focus on and post it on Instagram - tag us and BFT Global to win prizes! After a HUGE PFT weekend... we head into Week 6 with Coach Megs... what's on for this week? First up - continue with the mini challenge of limiting alcohol and seeing the benefits. Plus we have our in house Plank challenge. It requires a 15kg plate for women and 20kg for men to earn Team Points! 30 second hold is 5 pts and a minute will earn you 10! Keep the eye on the finish line and have a great week!

Week 5 and Coach Jakey with what's ahead this week! The focus this week is limiting alcohol. We also have the Wall Sit Challenge - 5 points for a go, 10 points for a minute! Our PFT Party is Saturday from 6am! The PFT tests physical fitness and the party has your recovery sorted with Ice Baths, Free Coffee from the Coffee Store NZ, Chiro students offering free spinal testing, and K Treats selling yummy Challenge approved treats. Don't forget to book your midway scans this week too and track that progress!
