Jansen Developments has successfully finished preparing the lawns at the Racecourse Road - Meadowlands Green Subdivision. Germination Matting was installed to create ideal growing conditions, allowing light and moisture to reach the soil while protecting the seed from wind, rain, and disturbance. We appreciate Ben from Performance Turf for expertly handling the sowing and matting aspect of this project.

Revitalizing the outdoors, one landscape at a time - our latest project is now complete.

Here's a fabulous pool moat example. In this space, the pool zone also incorporates a beautiful tiled seating area. Very little pool fencing is needed, preserving the feeling of wide-open space across the back yard.

Inspiration

Jansen Developments was thrilled to bring this innovative boat lift to life at a Lake Hood residence, transforming the space with excavation, retaining walls, and sleek decking.

Jansen Developments was excited to work on this landscape project at Waterton Point, Lake Hood. The scope of works included the construction of a tiled courtyard area with a raised planter box. Lawn preparation and laying were executed. Moreover, the project involved the excavation for a boat lift and the installation of retaining walls. To conclude the project, we conducted landscape rock placement, irrigation installation, and planting.
