same as the greengages, we choose fruits to freeze dry based on personal preference, not practicality or financial sense 🤣
i have searched high and low for figs that won't make us bankrupt. unfortunately I only managed to purchase a few hundred pieces before Jason protested against my overspending.
to celebrate the last market of the season, we are introducing brown turkey figs to our market specials!
only 10 bags for tomorrow and would be our most limited release once up on the website ✨️

one month since our first market and it got me reflecting on our hall of failures before launching 💥🚀
we had so many issues and I'm sure there will be plenty more as we refine our process and up production.
so grateful that we were able to problem solve our way out of these situations.
