This weekend, our team came together for a retreat - a pause away from routines, deadlines and screens and a return to what truly powers us: "Team Outreach". Moments shared over laughter reminded us that teams are not built in meetings alone but in these unstructured spaces where trust quietly deepens. As we share a few photographs and video from the retreat, it is not just about capturing memories but about acknowledging the energy each individual brings into our collective effort as "One Strong Team Outreach".
Grateful for the journey we are on together and for a "Team Outreach" that continues to grow in spirit and strength 😊

On the occasion of 2570th Buddha Jayanti, we pause - not to communicate, but to reflect. The journey of Gautama Buddha was not about influence, visibility or persuasion. It was about understanding.
Theory. Practice. Realization.
A simple yet profound progression:
- To know is not enough.
- To practice is essential.
- To realize is transformative.
In a world driven by messages, narratives and constant noise, Buddha’s teachings remind us of something deeper - clarity over clutter, awareness over assumption and truth over appearance. Perhaps the most enduring ideas are not those that are loudly communicated but those that are quietly lived. We take a moment to step back from our roles as marketers and communicators and simply observe. Because sometimes, the most powerful insight does not come from what we say but from what we truly understand.

We recently had the privilege of hosting Nima Rumba at our office as part of the series.
An icon of Nepali pop culture, Nima shared his journey as an artist from his early struggles to sustaining relevance across more than three decades. His reflections on creativity, discipline and evolving with time offered valuable learning for our entire team. Our association with Nima goes back over 20 years, having collaborated across multiple brands and campaigns through Outreach and Lemon. These partnerships have consistently demonstrated the impact of authentic voices in building meaningful brand connections. Sessions like these reinforce our belief in learning from real journeys where experience, culture and creativity come together.

As a part of the session, we continue to believe in sharing knowledge with the larger ecosystem. Mr. Ujjwal Shakya, Group Director & Managing Director, Lemon, shared his experience and mentored the contestants of this year’s Manhunt, offering valuable perspectives and real-world insights.
Moments like these reinforce the importance of learning from one another and creating platforms where experience meets aspiration. 15 participants brought great enthusiasm and openness to learn, making the session even more meaningful.
