We are delighted to congratulate our mentee from GMI/NIC Nepal, Prabhat Amgain, on successfully completing the Global Mentorship Initiative (GMI) Mentorship Program.

Throughout the program, Prabhat worked closely with his mentor, Anish Agarwal, gaining valuable insights that enriched his Computer Engineering journey. The mentorship helped him strengthen his technical knowledge, develop a broader perspective on learning and professional growth, and build greater confidence in pursuing his goals.

Throughout his mentorship journey, Jagadish worked closely with his mentor, Swati Gupta, whose guidance helped him strengthen his communication skills, build confidence, and gain a clearer understanding of his career path. What began as an unfamiliar opportunity soon became a transformative experience, allowing him to discover the true value of mentorship through meaningful conversations, practical industry insights, and continuous encouragement.

Reflecting on the program, Jagadish shared that the 12 mentorship sessions were engaging, insightful, and filled with valuable lessons that contributed significantly to both his personal and professional growth. He expressed sincere gratitude to his mentor for her patience, support, and dedication, as well as to the Global Mentorship Initiative and National Innovation Center for creating a platform that connects students with inspiring mentors from around the world.

One of the most impactful pieces of advice he received from his mentor was to remain persistent while pursuing his first job opportunity. She encouraged him to embrace every interview as a learning experience, reminding him that each step contributes to professional growth and that perseverance is essential for long-term success.

As this mentorship chapter comes to an end, Jagadish feels proud of the progress he has made and excited to apply the knowledge and skills he has gained in his future endeavors. 🌱
