Dengue Awareness Program Successfully Conducted at shikhsa Niketan School, salakpur-8

The session spread information about the causes of dengue incidence, ways to prevent it as well as importance of Search and Destroy Campaign among class 9 students which include 50+ students. The event was jointly organized by Nymat Nepal, Dengue Free Nepal, shikhsa Niketan School in collaboration with PUSHS AMR Club, Koshi Province.

Between the session, a quiz competition was held among the students. Winners were awarded exercise copies as prizes to encourage active participation and learning.The session was very interactive.

The session spread information about the causes of dengue incidence, ways to prevent it as well as importance of Search and Destroy Campaign among class 8 and 9 students which include 50+ students. The event was jointly organized by Nymat Nepal, Dengue Free Nepal, Panchayat Secondary School in collaboration with PUSHS AMR Club, Koshi Province.

Dengue Awareness Program Successfully Conducted at New Moon Secondary Boarding School, Biratnagar-17, Morang

The Dengue Awareness Program was successfully organized at New Moon Secondary Boarding School, Biratnagar-17, Morang among class 8,9 and 10 students which include 70+ student. The event was jointly organized by Nymat Nepal, Dengue Free Nepal, and New Moon Secondary Boarding School, in collaboration with PUSHS AMR Club, Koshi Province.

Following the awareness session, a quiz competition was held among the students. Winners were awarded exercise copies as prizes to encourage active participation and learning.

The program actively engaged both teachers and students, equipping them with vital knowledge about the causes, symptoms, and preventive measures against dengue, as well as the importance of the “Search and Destroy” campaign. Students enthusiastically expressed their commitment to spreading awareness within their communities and to maintaining cleanliness in and around their homes.

This initiative is expected to further strengthen youth-led community action in preventing dengue at the grassroots level.
