Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and professional Front Desk Executive with 1 year of experience to manage the front desk and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will act as the first point of contact for visitors, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and assist with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Reception Management:
-> Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
-> Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
2. Client Handling:
-> Answer incoming calls and redirect them or take messages.
-> Handle client inquiries and provide accurate information about services.
3. Appointment Scheduling:
-> Schedule and manage appointments for clients and management.
-> Maintain the appointment calendar and coordinate with staff for availability.
4. Administrative Support:
-> Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
-> Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
-> Assist in record-keeping and documentation tasks.
5. Communication Management:
-> Manage correspondence through emails, phone calls, and in-person communication.
-> Act as a liaison between the clients and various departments.

Qualifications:
-> Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
-> Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Skills and Competencies:
-> Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-> Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office tools.
-> Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
-> Professional appearance and demeanor.
-> Ability to handle pressure and remain calm in fast-paced environments.

-> Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
-> Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
-> Team player with a willingness to learn.
-> Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
