Introducing OUR CHEF
Mr. Aziz Bhatti is working in one of the top luxuries Dum Pukht Restaurant in PC Hotel, Lahore. He is very experienced in KPK Region BBQ and Dumpukht cuisine, curries and karahi. He has been working in PC Hotel Hashoo group for almost 10 years.

Introducing OUR CHEF
Mr. Atif Ilyas is working in PC Hotel, Lahore as Pakistani chef and he commands all the VVIP events. He is a very hands on chef. He has also worked in Saudi Arabia in 5-star hotels as Pakistani & Indian chef. His specialties are all curries items with authentic Pakistani culture taste.

Mr. Ummer Hayat (Tandoor Chi – Bread man) is working in PC Hotel, Lahore as Bread man. He worked almost 15 years in local market in Lahore. He has full knowledge of different kinds of Bread making experience like Kulcha / Naan / Roti / Chapati / Paratha. He has also been nominated for Bread Man Chef Community in Lahore.
