This session is an invitation to reconnect with your natural joy through movement, play, and intentional laughter. No jokes or comedy skills needed, just a willingness to participate and be a little silly.
Laughter Yoga combines gentle movement, breathing exercises, and guided laughter practices that quickly turn into real, contagious laughter. As a group, we create a supportive and light-hearted space where it becomes easy to let go, relax, and recharge. Along the way, we’ll tap into the many benefits of laughter —> reducing stress, boosting mood, and strengthening connection with others.
Come as you are. 😊

Join us for the next book club session!
In April we’re reading Hunger by Knut Hamsun - a psychological novel that follows a struggling writer wandering through the streets of Kristiania while battling poverty and hunger. As his situation becomes more desperate, the story dives deeply into his thoughts, pride, and fragile mental state. The novel is known for its intense inner monologue and groundbreaking portrayal of the human mind under pressure.
We’ll have a discussion about the book, so bring your impressions, favorite quotes, ideas, and thoughts!
If you love reading and want to share your thoughts with others, join our Terran book club! We meet on the first Monday of every month. No formal sign-up is needed - just read and show up. In the meantime, feel free to join the dedicated WhatsApp chat to connect with others and share reflections as you read.

Is community something we design and operate, or something that emerges through small, everyday contributions? Or perhaps both?
Can we belong to multiple communities? And can we truly be part of one without feeling a sense of ownership?
What does community mean to us at Terran, both individually and as a group?
Join us as we explore these questions (and more!) in an open roundtable discussion at Terran next Thursday as part of our new event series. Whether you’re a regular member of Terran Community or a first-time visitor, you’re warmly invited to an evening of shared reflection and conversation around the meaning of community.
