Since I’ve been back in the Netherlands, some people told me they’re jealous. Jealous that I’m living in Bali while working on my own dreams. But the thing I always say is: “It’s a choice.” ✨

And honestly, that’s really what it comes down to.
Everything starts with making a choice. 🌟

I chose to build a life I love — even while I’m still in the process of creating it.
And yes, I started from zero too. When I decided to move abroad, I worked a lot in a job that I thought was just “fine” at the time. I did that job to save money, to invest in my business, to give myself the chance to live abroad. That choice was the beginning of everything that came after. ✨

But what people don’t always see is everything behind it — the long shifts, the doubts, the moments where I didn’t know what the next step was. I just kept choosing for myself, every single time. And somehow, all those small choices built the life I’m living now.

And that’s the part I want people to understand:
you don’t magically end up somewhere you love.
You choose it.
Sometimes before it even makes sense. Sometimes before you feel ready. 🌟

I’m still creating my dream life. I’m still learning, still growing, still figuring things out. But I’m doing it while living in a place I love — because I made that one choice a while ago.

And if there’s anything my journey has taught me, it’s this:
you don’t have to have everything sorted out. You just have to start.
One choice can change everything. ✨

We met in Bali because we all said yes to the same opportunity.

Today looked like working from cafés, planning our goals, beach and building something long-term from our laptops whilst enjoying the slow life.

And honestly, that’s all we ever wanted: freedom, like-minded people, and work that feels aligned.🩵
