From 28 to 30 April 2026, NLO proudly contributed to the Council of Europe seminar focused on strengthening support for young refugees and migrants transitioning into adulthood, under the CoE Recommendation CM/Rec (2019)4.

Together with NGOs, ministries, practitioners, decision-makers, and people with lived experience from across Europe, we explored the urgent need for stronger legal, social, and psychosocial support systems for young people navigating displacement and adulthood simultaneously.

We remain committed to strengthening support systems that empower young people to shape their own futures, and we look forward to building on the ideas, partnerships, and momentum created during this seminar.
