We are dancing in Kizumba Lounge in Overschie.
Near by Delft. Every Sunday from 11:00-13:30 Ecstatic Dance is een meditatieve, vrije dansvorm op blote voeten. Ecstatic Dance is a place for your free dance, meditation and connection with other people.
How to get in Ecstatic State? When we start on Sunday with Ecstatic Dance, we mostly start by turning inward into our awareness. Inside the body, behind the eyelids, there is something happening—some movements, maybe some pictures. If we were to stay in our daily mind routine, then we would let our mind interpret them, recall the memories, and put comments on what is happening.

But because we want to focus on embodiment, at the moment of closing our eyes, we invite our ability to sense sensations. With awareness and openness , we invite different body parts into the movement. We don't stop thinking and feeling; we move and let the dance unfold. Then the Spirit of the Dance takes over and we, after some time can reach the Ecstatic State!

Between the blossoming flowers of spring and the awakening of summer, we gather at the threshold of the year. Yesterday, we celebrated this grandiose festival upon the shore, where the ancient fires burned and our spirits danced with the tides.

Our first Dance on the Beach this year! What an incredible celebration—connected to a Cacao Ceremony and the ancient festival of Beltane (the Spring fire festival). Yes, we will absolutely jump over the fire!

ECSTATIC DANCE - ZONDAGOCHTEND MAGIE IN ROTTERDAM-OVERSCHIE
Morgen en iedere zondag openen we de week met een dans die je hele systeem wakker masseert. Een ochtend dans heeft iets bijzonders: je lijf is nog zacht, je geest nog open, je hart nog dichtbij. De muziek kan dan zó binnenkomen, direct, puur en zonder omwegen.
dj Saryo zal de hele set draaien en je meenemen op een Magische Reis van verstilling naar vuur, van speelsheid naar overgave, van binnen naar buiten en weer terug. Een dans zonder woorden, telefoon en moeten. Een plek waar je mag ZIJN in je beweging, precies zoals je bent.
Of je nu komt om los te laten, op te laden, te spelen, te zweten of te verstillen, je bent welkom in deze veilige, warme ruimte.
