Hoi, heb een A5 cut' Em easy gekocht en nu voor het eerst gebruikt. Is dat normaal dat je bij het stansen onmiddellijk de afdruk in de snijmat krijgt? En hoe kan je een figuur embossen waar je tegelijk mee kan stansen en embossen?

Ik heb een Embossing + Cutting machine gekocht.

Ik heb hier nog wat embossing malletjes liggen - heel fijn en in metaal - maar die zijn blijkbaar te dun. Ik had die bij een lichtbak gekregen/gekocht.
Zou ik die nog kunnen gebruiken en zo ja, op welke manier?

Eigentlich bin ich mit euren Artikeln zufrieden aber was mich immer wieder maßlos aufregt ist das :

Vandaag m’n papier binnen gekregen van Hobbyvision en ik deel altijd met een vriendin en heb tot 3x toe geteld en er zitten maar 94 vellen in .
1 à 2 dat kan gebeuren maar 6 vind ik wel veel

quelques jours plus t**d, je reçois une facture de la douane 36.- CHF à payer pour la TVA Suisse et le dédouanement.
J'ai contacté le service client, mais je n'ai eu aucune réponse en 1 semaine!

Very disappointed with the after-sales service. I come from Switzerland and Vaessen-Creative invoiced me VAT and customs ~ 40 euros.
a few days later, I receive an invoice from customs CHF 36.- to be paid for Swiss VAT and customs clearance.
I contacted customer service, but I have no response in 1 week!
