I always tell my clients to do some foam-rolling before and after your workout. Here is an example to roll your whole body. In this video he rolled almost every part on the body. I roll mostly the calves, Hamstrings, quads, adductors (inner leg muscles), glutes, upper back and latissimus dorsi. It helps a lot to warm-up and for cooling down your muscles.
