Game Over turns 9 today!
From a one-off afters back in 2016 that sparked some of the most notorious club shows, countless residencies, award-winning live streams, street activations, collabs with artists and brands, and so many magical projects and side quests that took us way beyond the dance floor.
This game gives you the highest highs and the lowest lows. The Ibiza rule book gets ripped up every year, so resilience and adaptability are key. Pivot when you need to, double down when the time is right, and always keep one foot on the dance floor and the other rooted in the culture.
9 years in, we’re still here, still rolling, and grateful to live and breathe this scene. Big love to everyone who’s been part of the journey so far

Our Story
Game Over is the brainchild of the highly successful Carl Cox at Space Ibiza team headed up by Dave Browning and Eóin Smyth along with their highly renowned island crew. This team has been responsible for some of the Ibiza's most hyped events over the past 17 years. Game Over first’s showcase was the afterparty of the mammoth closing of Carl Cox’s 15-year residency at Space Ibiza in Benimussa Park. This event took the island by storm and was one of the most memorable events of 2016 bringing together over 6000 people for a day of magic music and memories.
Fast forward to 2017 and Game Over was tasked with breathing fresh life into the once iconic Privilege Ibiza. Dismissed by many as an impossible feat. Game Over delivered with two Pure Carl Cox dates at the world's largest super club Privilege, which resulted in them being award The Best Ibiza Event of 2017 at The Dj Awards.
Ibiza’s 2018 project saw the Game Over crew bounced back with a bold and brave new concept that saw the party tour their infamous rave ethics through a series of very special one-off events at some of the Ibiza’s most iconic clubbing locations with four mammoth shows between Amnesia, Pacha and Dc-10: welcome to the One Night Stand tour.
Championed by Dance Music Media as one of Ibiza's most influential party planners, hosting an impressive array of events at some of the islands most influential venues both small and large. Game Over's success lies in sticking to it’s core values.
With hard work, a deep understanding of underground culture and a desire to keep the magical spirit of club culture alive. The Game Over ethos is to deliver exceptional parties and experiences to like-minded people from all walks of life. Our vision is to curate unforgettable events based on forward-thinking music, up and coming talent, modern day culture and a desire to fight against banality.
