Episode 3: Holding onto Discipline🏋️♂️
Day who-knows-what. trying to stay disciplined. Sitting on the kitchen scale, hoping the number hasn't gone up. Holding homemade dumbbells made from two empty cans , The gym is closed, so now the kitchen is the workout zone. Staying strong, even if it's a little funny.🥴
