Founded in 2019 by EYILAKEME WILLIAMS MAXWELL, Willzy is a CAC-registered vocational academy tackling youth unemployment in Bayelsa’s Niger Delta. We deliver hands-on training in 11 market-ready trades through mobile hubs that bring equipment directly to riverine communities.

*Model*: 3-month technical training + 1-month apprenticeship + starter kit + business mentorship
*Impact*: 200+ youths trained | 60% income conversion rate within 6 months | Average income increased from ₦15,000 to ₦65,000/month
