🧠 How to Do a P***s & Testicle Self-Exam (Monthly)
🕒 Best time: After a warm bath or shower the skin is relaxed and easier to check.
✅ Step 1: Check
Stand in front of a mirror and look for:
Any new rashes, bumps, or color changes
Sores, ulcers, or flaky skin
Swelling or unusual growths
Check the:
Pe**le shaft
Fo****in (if uncircumcised gently retract it)
Head (g***s) of the p***s
Underside of the p***s
✅ Step 2: Feel the Shaft
Use your fingers to gently press around the p***s:
Check for hard lumps, thickened areas, or pain
A few visible veins or slight asymmetry is normal
✅ Step 3: Check the Testicles
Hold one testicle at a time between thumb and fingers. Roll it gently:
It should feel smooth, with no hard lumps
You’ll feel the epididymis (a soft tube behind the testicle) that’s normal
If you feel a pea-sized lump, hardness, or pain, get it checked
✅ Step 4: Feel the Groin Area
Check just above the p***s and to the sides for swollen lymph nodes, lumps, or painless swellings (which could be hernias or other issues)
✅ Step 5: Urine Check (Daily or Weekly)
Look at your urine stream: Is it strong? Painful? Any blood?
Watch for discharge from the tip (especially if cloudy or yellow-green)
🚩 See a Doctor If You Notice:
🔴New or growing lumps or bumps
🔴Pain or burning when urinating or ej*******ng
🔴Redness, rashes, or sores that don’t heal
🔴Persistent foul odor
🔴Any bleeding from the p***s
🔴Erections that last over 4 hours without arousal
🔒 Remember:
Doing this once a month can save your life or prevent long-term damage.
And it’s completely private, just you taking charge of your health.

🎉✨It’s My Birthday!✨🎉
Today, I celebrate more than just life I celebrate the privilege of being a light in people’s darkest moments.
As a nurse, I’ve held hands that were trembling, spoken peace into panic, and watched healing unfold one small miracle at a time. It’s not just a career it’s a calling. 💉❤️
I’m grateful to God for another year of strength, compassion, and purpose.
May this new chapter bring me deeper wisdom, greater impact, and renewed grace to serve, love, and care both in the hospital and beyond.
Thank You, Jesus, for choosing me to be a vessel of healing in a hurting world.
Please say a prayer for me today. 🙏

Yes, fibroids can occur in virgins.
Being a virgin (i.e., never having had sexual in*******se) does not prevent fibroids or reduce the risk significantly.
Key Points About Fibroids in Virgins:
1. Not Related to Sexual Activity:
Fibroids are hormone-sensitive tumors—their growth is influenced by estrogen and progesterone, not sexual activity. So virgins can develop fibroids just like sexually active women.
2. Age Factor:
Fibroids typically develop in women between ages 20 and 50, and they’re most common during the reproductive years. A virgin in this age range is just as susceptible.
3. Symptoms in Virgins: Virgins with fibroids may experience:
Heavy or prolonged menstruation
Pelvic pressure or pain
Abdominal bloating
Frequent urination
Painful periods
Constipation Note: Some virgins discover they have fibroids when investigating irregular or heavy periods.
4. Diagnosis Without Pe*******on:
If a virgin is uncomfortable with a va**nal exam, doctors can use abdominal ultrasound or transrectal ultrasound (through the re**um) to examine the uterus.
5. Treatment Options:
Medication (to control symptoms or shrink fibroids)
Non-invasive procedures (e.g., MRI-guided focused ultrasound)
Myomectomy (surgical removal, uterus preserved)
Uterine artery embolization (cuts off blood supply to the fibroids)
6. Fertility Concerns:
Large or multiple fibroids can sometimes affect fertility later in life, but many women—including virgins—successfully manage fibroids and go on to conceive if they choose to.

“Wait! You mean all these years I’ve been doing it wrong?!”
Yes, mama! Vaginal care isn’t about complicated soaps or magic herbs—it’s simpler than most people think! Let’s talk real talk.
Simple Vaginal Care Tips People Don’t Know:
1. Leave it alone—yes, seriously.
The va**na is self-cleaning. You don’t need special soaps or douching. Water is enough for the outer parts (the v***a). Using scented products can upset the natural balance.
2. Cotton is queen.
Underwear made of cotton allows air flow and keeps moisture away, reducing the chance of infections.
3. Wipe front to back.
Always wipe from front to back after using the toilet to avoid transferring bacteria from the a**s to the va**na.
4. Say no to tight, sweaty clothes all day.
Give your va**na space to breathe. Tight clothes trap heat and moisture, which yeast loves!
5. Hydration and healthy diet = happy va**na.
Drinking water and eating fruits like pineapple, yogurt, and cranberry can help maintain va**nal health and natural freshness.
6. Don’t ignore unusual changes.
Smell, discharge, or itching? See a healthcare provider. Don’t try to fix it with home remedies or hide it with sprays
Your body is sacred. Taking care of it doesn’t require shame, secrets, or stress—just knowledge and love.

DO YOU KNOW IT'S PURPOSE?
The testicles (“male balls”) are essential for producing both s***m and the hormone testosterone, playing a critical role in male reproductive and overall health.
