*JOB OPENING:* Cleaner for Serviced Apartment in Guzape
*Position Title:* Residential Apartment Cleaner
*Location:* Guzape, Abuja (Proximity to this location is strongly preferred)

*Work Days:* 6 days per week (Mondays to Saturdays)
*Salary:* N65,000 monthly (Transport not covered)
*Job Description:*
We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner for a 4-bedroom serviced apartment in Guzape. The ideal candidate must be hardworking, mature, and able to consistently manage the cleaning duties required in a serviced living space.
Core Responsibilities:
General cleaning of all rooms, kitchen, bathrooms, and common areas.
Dusting, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
Washing dishes and laundry as needed.
Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of the apartment environment.
Promptly reporting any maintenance issues or irregularities.
Following laid-down routines and cleanliness standards.
*Candidate Requirements:*
*Gender Preference:* Female
*Age Range:* Young adult (mature and physically fit)
*Communication:* Must have good communication skills.
*Location:* Must reside in or very close to Guzape (due to transportation concerns, candidates far from the area will not be considered).
Prior experience cleaning serviced or private apartments is an advantage.
Must be reliable, consistent, and genuinely ready to work long-term.

This position has had prior turnover due to candidates being unprepared for the workload. We are looking for someone serious and committed who understands the demands of the job and is ready to work steadily.

PRACTICAL DETAILS

Written English is critical to this role, and you will have to submit your application/cover letter in English. An ability to read basic Danish (for bookkeeping and accounting purposes) is a plus but not a requirement.
Salary: Based on qualifications. (All employees at the company get 25 days of annual paid time off, and have very flexible work hours.)
