That condition is called obstetric fistula

obstetric fistula is a hole between the va**na and the bladder or re**um, through which urine or stool leaks continuously.

Women having Fistula are often treated like outcast because of the offensive smell that comes out from their body.

Now this condition is as a result of complications from prolonged obstructed LABOUR

Things that can lead to prolong obstructed Labour include

the baby being too large to come through the mother's pelvic
Some of you will see how the size of your baby is in scan and doctor is telling you it’s too big but no you want to prove a point

Another cause is when baby in not properly positioned before Labour set in etc.

To prevent this, if you’re pregnant make sure you attend all your antenatal appointments

When labour steps in visit a certified midwife

And if you’re having a prolonged delivery please listen to your doctor on the possible intervention for you

Please this obstetric fistula is not caused by “village people” because some cultures believe the gods are punishing the woman for her sins

If your baby is too big and your doctor says surgery please accept in good faith

that belief every woman must push her baby through the va**na should be done away with.

It is also good to know that the condition is not a death sentence because it is treatable.
I learnt some govt facilities do free surgeries for affected mothers
