Sometimes when your wife avoids kissing you, it’s not because she’s unspiritual, unromantic, or uncultured. The reality might be as simple as poor hygiene—maybe you don’t brush properly (or at all), 😂 and she just doesn’t know how to say it.

Brothers, it’s perfectly normal—and necessary—to brush well, wear a pleasant fragrance to bed, keep your nails trimmed, and avoid dirty or smelly underwear. Sometimes the “excuses” you hear are really about hygiene.

Marriage thrives on open communication. Learn to talk about what bothers you, and create a safe space where your spouse can also speak freely. And when you do, be gentle and diplomatic—not harsh.

The truth is, poor hygiene can kill intimacy faster than almost anything else.
