NOTICE TO AKSU STUDENTS ON NELFUND LOAN REFUND (2024/2025 SESSION)

This is to inform all students of Akwa Ibom State University (AKSU) who registered for the NELFUND Loan but had already paid their school fees, that the loan disbursement has been completed.

As directed by the Dean of Student Affairs, all affected students are to apply for a refund of their school fees by writing a formal letter to the Director of Cash and Treasury, Akwa Ibom State University, through the Dean of Student Affairs, Akwa Ibom State University.

The letter should contain the following details:
Bank Name
Account Name
Account Number

All letters should be submitted to the Student Affairs Division, Main Campus for proper processing.

Students who did not receive their refund for the 2023/2024 academic session are also advised to follow this same procedure, but must ensure that they are not applying for a double refund.

For further questions or inquiries, students are advised to contact the Director of Information, Students' Union Government, Akwa Ibom State University.
