Through our Women & Widows Support Hub, GYSAPEO carried out a Health & Wellness Drive, providing free health checks for women and widows in Jiwa community. Beyond screenings, beneficiaries were guided with prescriptions and referrals for proper medical follow-ups at healthcare facilities.
This is our commitment to ensuring that our mothers take their health and well-being seriously.
Together, we continue to build healthier, stronger communities.
For many Nigerian Women, regular medical checks is not an option and it could be for many reasons such as lack of access to affordable healthcare etc.
This outreach is prof that many women in communities are unaware of theory health status.
The countdown is officially at ZERO DAYS TO GO!
Tomorrow, we step into Jiwa with one goal: to empower, educate, and elevate. We are so incredibly grateful for the opportunity to connect with the incredible women of this community.
Awareness isn’t just about information; it’s about longevity. By sharing knowledge on health and wellness today, we are adding years to lives and keeping families whole for the future.
Did you know that many health challenges faced by women can be managed or prevented entirely with regular screenings? From blood pressure checks to maternal health and cancer screenings, staying ahead of your health is a priority.
A healthy woman is an empowered woman, ready to lead her home and her business.
Make your health a non-negotiable part of your schedule this month.
On April 10, GYSAPEO will be hosting a Women’s Health & Wellness Drive in Giwa community, providing free health screenings, education, and support for women and widows.
This initiative is part of our broader commitment to improving health awareness and access at the grassroots level.
If you’re interested in supporting or collaborating, we’d love to connect.

Nigeria has the world's largest youth population — over 60% of its citizens are under 25. This is either a demographic dividend or a demographic disaster, depending entirely on what we invest in those young lives in the next decade.
Child poverty in Nigeria is not abstract. It is a child skipping school to hawk pure water on a highway. It is a girl pulled out of education because her family cannot afford her fees and her brother's fees simultaneously. It is a boy in Kano who is smart enough to be an engineer but will spend his life carrying loads at a market because no one ever showed him another path.
GYSAPEO believes that if we reach children early, with resources, with mentorship, with practical skills exposure — we interrupt the cycle of poverty before it becomes a life sentence.
One child at a time. That is how generational change is built.
