I am compelled to share a personal anecdote in a public forum, which I never thought I would do.
During K1's Canadian tour last year, I received a distress call informing me that a friend had been rushed to the hospital.
I promptly rushed to the hospital, where I found him sleeping with intravenous drips attached to his hand. Percy Ademokun, Prince George, the promoter, and several others were also present.
A short while later, he awoke and assured us that he was fine, awaiting the doctor's arrival to discuss the test results.
Soon after, the doctor arrived and informed us that everything was fine; his issue was dehydration, and he needed to drink more water. She recommended a specific brand of water for quick hydration.
Following this incident, he purchased a cooler bottle that he now carries with him everywhere, filled with water.
For those familiar with K1, it is well-known that he sweats profusely. In fact, he uses more than four handkerchiefs daily.
Based on my personal experience and knowledge of the circumstances surrounding the cooler, I highly doubt that it contained alcohol.
This incident occurred early in the morning, following a business meeting.
Regarding the Abuja airport incident, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has stated that the investigation is ongoing. I suggest we await the conclusion of their inquiry.
While I believe that if he had committed a serious offense, he would not have been released immediately, I must emphasize that under no circumstances should the pilot have attempted to run him over with the aircraft.
