We are seeking motivated, resourceful, and results-driven individuals to join our team as Recruitment & Placement Officers (Jobcentre Agents).

As a Placement Officer, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging employers with job vacancies, scouting the local environment for hiring opportunities, and facilitating strong connections between jobseekers and potential employers. You will support the end-to-end recruitment and placement process to ensure successful employment outcomes.

As a Recruitment Officer, you will be responsible for matching qualified jobseekers to available vacancies, coordinating the recruitment process, and ensuring suitable candidates are referred to employers. You will manage the day-to-day recruitment activities at the Job Centre, attend to employers visiting the office, maintain a positive employer experience, and work closely with the Placement Officer to fill identified vacancies. You will also support employer sourcing efforts, maintain an up-to-date talent pool, and ensure accurate documentation and tracking of recruitment and placement activities.

The ideal candidates should demonstrate strong communication skills, organizational ability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to achieving placement targets.

Remuneration: 80,000 Gross + commission

Work: Full onsite, (9am -5pm, Mon -Fri)

Locations: Ogun, Abia , Delta, Akwaibom, Lagos and Enugu
