Alhamdulillah for the boundless mercy of Allah and for leaders who turn compassion into action. Today, I am profoundly grateful to share this moment of appreciation for Engr Aliyu Mohammed , the esteemed Chairman/CEO of Velocity Group Limited and visionary Founder of Velocity Humanitarian Foundation . His recent noble intervention in settling the school fees of 415 indigent and deserving students has removed a heavy financial burden that threatened to derail their academic dreams. In an era where rising education costs push many bright minds toward dropout, this selfless act through the Foundation has restored hope and ensured uninterrupted learning for these Gombe sons and daughters.

This generous gesture is more than financial support; it is a powerful testament to true humanitarian leadership and empathy. By investing directly in the futures of these students, Engr. Aliyu Mohammed has not only eased the worries of struggling families but also inspired the entire Gombe State student community at Federal University of Kashere and beyond. As GOSSA President, I have seen the ripple effect of such kindness ,the relief on students' faces, the renewed focus on studies, and the strengthened belief that education is indeed the greatest equalizer. Your commitment through Velocity Humanitarian Foundation exemplifies what it means to lead with heart and purpose.

On Saturday, we took a significant step towards creating a more inclusive and equitable society. We're honored to have flagged off the distribution of 1,000 sanitary pads to our girls and women in need. This initiative is more than just a charitable act - it's a declaration of our commitment to empowering women and promoting dignity.

Menstruation is a natural part of life, and it's time we treated it as such. By providing access to sanitary pads, we're saying that every girl deserves to stay in school, every woman deserves to live with confidence, and every period deserves to be celebrated. This is a small step towards breaking down barriers and unlocking the potential of our sisters.

GOSSA F*K 3-Day Skills Acquisition Program 🔧💻🎨 – Final Phase

The final day of our impactful training wrapped up with great momentum and encouragement. The Director, Career Service Center paid a special visit and applauded the leadership of Amb. Arfat Usman Ahijo, President GOSSA F*K, and his executives for initiating such a transformative program calling it a historic first by students in F*K.

The Head of Clubs and Associations also commended the bold step taken by the union to empower fellow students with practical, life-changing skills.

With over 100 participants trained in Baking, Picture Framing, Makeup & Soap Making, and Basic Computer Skills, this initiative has proven that when students lead with vision, impact follows.
