I asked.
I waited.
I followed up.
And still… silence.

To tutoring companies that don’t give feedback after interviews:
A simple “no, thank you” costs nothing, but it teaches respect, closure, and professionalism.

To parents who never got back after we reached out:
Ignoring messages doesn’t make the problem disappear, it just makes us wonder if our time, effort, and care mattered.

Silence speaks volumes. Sometimes, it says more than words ever could.
