✨ Saying "Am a teacher" is incorrect because "am" cannot stand alone without a subject.
📌 The correct sentence is "I'm a teacher," where "I'm" is the contraction of "I am."
✨ Proper sentence structure shows you have a clear mastery of the language.

🌟 Insight Session🌟
Let’s talk about commonly used expressions!
🌟An expression is a phrase or combination of words that conveys a meaning beyond the literal definition of each word.
For instance, the phrase “spill the beans” means to reveal a secret, not to actually pour out beans.
Here are a few examples of such expressions:
1. Break the ice – To start a conversation in an uncomfortable or tense situation.
2. A walk in the park – Something that is very easy to do.
3. Feeling under the weather – Feeling sick or unwell. (The phrase "under the cloud" is uncommon; "under the weather" is the correct idiom.)
4. Spill the beans – To reveal confidential information unintentionally. (Instead of "spill the secrets," "spill the beans" is the widely recognized idiom.)
5. Hit the mark – To describe something accurately.
6. Bite off more than you can chew – To take on more responsibility than one can manage. (The correct idiom is "bite off more than you can chew.")
7. Go around in circles – To repeatedly discuss the same topic without making progress. (Clarified the meaning.)
8. Have the best of both worlds – To enjoy the benefits of two different things. (The correct phrase is "the best of both worlds.")
9. Once in a lifetime – Something that happens very rarely.
10. It’s your move – It’s your turn to take action.
Hope you learned something new today!

ARTIST OR ARTISTE?
Do you know the difference between an artist and an artiste?
Many people use these terms interchangeably, but they have unique meanings. Let’s dive in!
An "artist" refers to someone who creates art, such as paintings, illustrations, or musical compositions.
For example:
➡ Vincent van Gogh, the iconic painter known for works like "Starry Night" and "Sunflowers."
➡ Chinua Achebe, the celebrated author of "Things Fall Apart."
In contrast, an "artiste" is a performer, including singers, dancers, or actors.
For instance:
➡ Wizkid, the Nigerian artist who took the world by storm with "Essence."
➡ Omotola Jalade Ekeinde, the Nollywood actress known for her significant contributions to African cinema.
➡ Beyoncé, the global superstar and music icon.
Now that you know the difference between an artist and an artiste, how would you use them in a sentence?
Here are a couple of examples:
➡ She hopes to become a great artist one day, creating meaningful sculptures that inspire people.
➡ He built his reputation as an artiste through his captivating dance performances and stage presence.

🌟This is an example of the subjunctive mood:
If you're able to do something, just do it—there's no need to wish. Wishing implies you're unable to do it.

The Importance of Reading to Children.
📌Reading to children is one of the most valuable activities for their development. It fosters a love for books, stimulates imagination, and enhances language skills from an early age.
📌 Through stories, children are introduced to new vocabulary and diverse sentence structures, enriching both their speaking and writing abilities.
📌 Regular reading sessions also improve concentration and listening skills, helping children focus better in school.
📌 Books open windows to new cultures, ideas, and experiences, allowing children to develop empathy by seeing the world from different perspectives.
📌 Beyond academic benefits, reading strengthens the emotional bond between children and their parents or caregivers. It creates a nurturing environment, encourages open discussions, and promotes a sense of security.
📌 By fostering an early love for books, children gain tools that will serve them throughout their educational journey and beyond.
