Day 2 of 31 - Back to Basics

After setting the pace yesterday, today was about slowing down and really understanding the core of JavaScript. I focused on variables and data types things that seem simple on the surface, but shape everything else that comes later.

I started by looking at var, let, and const, and the differences in how they behave. Then I went into the seven basic data types: string, number, boolean, null, undefined, symbol, and bigint. It was eye-opening to see how JavaScript handles type coercion behind the scenes, and how using typeof helps make sense of what’s going on in your code.

This stuff doesn’t always feel exciting, but it’s what makes everything else work. If the goal is to write clean, predictable code, you have to understand what’s happening under the hood.

Day 1 of 31 – A New JavaScript Journey Begins

After wrapping up my first semester exams, I’ve decided to dedicate the next 31 days to deepening my understanding of JavaScript. This challenge is a personal goal to transition from simply writing code to truly grasping the power and potential of JavaScript, from the fundamentals all the way to real-world applications.

Today, I began with the basics:

Understanding what JavaScript is and how it functions in browsers and Node.js.

Setting up my development environment with VS Code and the browser console.

Writing my first JavaScript script: console.log("Hello, JavaScript!").

Although it may seem like a small step, it marks the beginning of a focused effort to improve my skills and expand my knowledge of web development.

Exploring the World of AI with Microsoft Azure

I’m excited to share that I’ve delved into the AI Overview module as part of the Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals! Here’s a quick rundown of what I learned:
